• Standard service: Garbage carts will be picked up on the curb. We ask that you keep the carts 3 feet away from mailboxes and 3 feet away from each other. Cart wheels face away from the road.
 
• Cart Sizes: 35, 65 and 95 gallon carts.
 
• Driveway service: We ask that your driveway be cleared of brush and maintain a minimum of 14’ in height and 14’ width. Our trucks are heavy and could cause additional wear and tear on the driveway. We are not responsible for any repairs to the driveway. Recycle service is not included. Additional fees apply for Driveway Service.

Medical Disability Service: We will gladly retrieve your carts from your home, empty them, and return them to the home. Please provide us with a doctor’s note or your DMV placard and there will be no additional cost for this service.

 

Bear Carts: A bear cart has a lid that is designed with a latch system that must be manually opened and is designed to prevent animals from opening them. Our drivers must physically get out of the truck to open and empty the cart. Additional fees apply.

 

Extra Trash: If you have extra trash that will not fit inside your garbage cart please place it beside your cart. This trash must be bagged, and bags must be secured or tied, and not so heavy that our drivers cannot pick them up or that they break/split open. Fees will be applied to your bill.

 

Dumpster or Drop Box service: We will provide a large container that you can fill up and we will haul it away. Give us a call so we can help you get the right size container.

These items are banned from the garbage by Oregon law ORS 459.247.
