Container Placement at Street: Placement of all carts at the curb is essential to ensure collection by automated trucks. Place your trash cart in the street on either side of your driveway and have cart wheels against the curb. Allow a minimum of three feet of clearance on all sides of the cart from objects such as cars, mailboxes, streetlights, fences, trees.

LIDS ON CARTS MUST BE CLOSED COMPLETELY

Trucks with robotic arms will lift, empty, and replace the carts without the drivers leaving the trucks, reducing safety hazards and traffic congestion.

  • Container Options: Garbage charges are based on container size.
    We offer the following sizes:
    35 gallon cart
    48 gallon cart
    65 gallon cart
    96 gallon cart

  • Do not put these items in your garbage:
    Computers and TVs
    Motor Oil
    Hazardous Waste
    Needles or syringes
    Yard Waste
    Loose or hot ashes
    Dead animals
    Loose cat litter or animal waste (please double bag)
    Unbagged packing pellets or sawdust
    Concrete, rocks, or dirt

  • Driveway service: We ask that your driveway be cleared of brush and maintain a minimum of 14’ in height and 14’ width. Our trucks are heavy and could cause additional wear and tear on the driveway. We are not responsible for any repairs to the driveway. Recycle service is not included. Additional fees apply for Driveway Service.
Cart Separation
  • Medical Disability Service: We will gladly retrieve your carts from your home, empty them, and return them to the home. Please provide us with a doctor’s note or your DMV placard and there will be no additional cost for this service.

  • Bear Carts: A bear cart has a lid that is designed with a latch system that must be manually opened and is designed to prevent animals from opening them. Our drivers must physically get out of the truck to open and empty the cart. Additional fees apply.

  • Extra Trash: If you have extra trash that will not fit inside your garbage cart please place it beside your cart. This trash must be bagged, and bags must be secured or tied, and not so heavy that our drivers cannot pick them up or that they break/split open. Fees will be applied to your bill.

  • Dumpster or Drop Box service: We will provide a large container that you can fill up and we will haul it away. Give us a call so we can help you get the right size container.



    • These items are banned from the garbage by Oregon law ORS 459.247.
